North Shore Pediatric Therapy featured in the Harvard Business Review for innovative process management

The article, titled “How to Engage the Front Line in Process Improvement” focuses on companies using front line employee suggestions to improve company processes or “the way things are done.” North Shore Pediatric Therapy is featured along side other successful companies such as Kelloggs, Starbucksand Chevron for our use of an online collaboration tool allowing all employees to share new ideas to help create an “innovative, client-focused, and employee-driven company.”
