We’re excited to announce that we have upgraded our billing software and will switch to electronic statements effective immediately! For your convenience, your statements will now be available for review on our new client portal.

Another upcoming feature will be the ability to pay your bill online. Stay tuned as we are currently working on adding this new payment option.

Using the Client Portal is just 3 easy steps!

  1. Log-in to your client portal account.
  2. Click on the Billing Icon ($).
  3. Click on “Invoices.”

All invoices that are posted to your account will be available within this module. You can view all details of your statement here.

*Please keep in mind that credit card information did not automatically transfer into our new system. If you put a credit card on file, please call the billing department to ensure that this information gets moved over into our new system. If your credit card does not get updated in our new system, you will receive a statement with a balance due rather than a balance paid. The billing department can be reached at (877) 486-4140 ext. 2118.
