I LOVE learning something new everyday:) oh and each day is so different, you never know what to expect so you basically can never get bored! Lastly, we get to work with some of the most unique learners and it is the greatest feeling when they succeed, but they pay forward by teaching you something that you cannot learn anywhere else. I just love what we do 🙂

I love how we’re all able (and willing!) to collaborate and help each other out whenever possible.
I also love that we have so much room for growth when it comes to our individual passions/expertise and the ABA department/NSPT encourages and paves the way for it!

There are many other BCBA’s in our department which allows for collaboration and professional development. It’s really nice to be able to bounce ideas off of other people.
I like having options of our clinic as a home-base to provide me with a space to foster learning, as well as, access to many other professionals in other disciplines that can contribute to overall progress
