About Danielle Marino
Danielle Marino is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with four years experience working as a school social worker. She began her career as the Early Intervention School Social Worker at Whittier Elementary in Oak Park, IL and has since worked at Chicago International Charter Schools (C.I.C.S.) Bucktown Campus and MacNeal School, a therapeutic school for children with emotional disorders. Danielle has helped write over 100 IEPs and can help coach families on working with school districts. Clinically, Danielle’s focus has been on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and she uses the “Stink’n Think’n Gang” cartoon characters to help children and adolescents develop balanced, healthy thought patterns and, thus, healthier behavior. As a native of the north shore and Glenbrook North graduate, Danielle is thrilled to work with NSPT to help families and their children lead happier, healthier lives.
