About Monica Lobo
Monica Lobo, RD is the staff dietitian and nutrition expert at North Shore Pediatric Therapy. She received her undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University in Nutrition & Dietetics. She then continued to complete her dietetic training from Central Michigan University. Monica has experience working with women, infants and children, is a Certified Breastfeeding Support Counselor and has a Certificate in Childhood and Adolescent Weight Management. She has had the privilege working with malnourished children in the Philippines as well as collaborating with a chef in developing a series of nutritious cooking classes for a group of teenage boys with learning disabilities. Monica’s passion is to educate both children and adults how to properly nourish our bodies in a way that’s easy to understand.
