Welcome to North Shore Pediatric Therapy! We have provided quality care for children in a pediatric therapy setting since 1999. In the following years, we have grown to eight Chicagoland locations with thousands of children helped through our services. In addition to offering the best possible therapeutic care for children in pediatric neuropsychology, occupational, physical, and speech therapy; applied behavior analysis, social work, academics and nutrition, we stand as thought leaders on the latest and most effective therapy techniques to ensure our clients will blossom.

The article, titled “How to Engage the Front Line in Process Improvement” focuses on companies using front line employee suggestions to improve company processes or “the way things are done.” North Shore Pediatric Therapy is featured along side other successful companies such as Kelloggs, Starbucks and Chevron for our use of an online collaboration tool allowing all employees to share new ideas to help create an “innovative, client-focused, and employee-driven company.”
